Santander has opened a call for scholarships to train women leaders – Women – Life

The Banco Santander Scholarship Program, in partnership with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), has launched a new edition of Emerging Leaders Scholarship, which aims to develop leadership and negotiation skills for 125 women who aspire to occupy positions of responsibility.

It is a fully online, seven-week programme, aimed at women in middle management positions who wish to develop as leaders in the professional field.

The objective of the Santander Emerging Leaders Scholarship 2022 is to provide women with strategies, principles and negotiation skills in key concepts, as well as new directions or tactics and various, more advanced and effective negotiation processes. Likewise, they are required to learn how to analyze and implement negotiations effectively through proven techniques, to explore strategies for conflict resolution and to develop communication skills.

How do you participate?

Those wishing to participate must register in the scholarship file before April 6, 2022. After completing the registration, they will receive an email with a link to take a skills test, an abstract reasoning test, with a time limit of 22 minutes, and a driving-based situational judgment test, with a time limit of 22 minutes.30 minutes time.

Once selected, they must submit a PDF document containing: a CV, a professional reference and a brief essay before Friday, May 6, 2022 (all documents must be in English).

If they pass this stage, they will have until June 3rd to accept the offer. The program, at full cost covered, will begin on June 15 and end on August 3, 2022.

What are the requirements for obtaining the scholarship?

* Be proficient in English or equivalent to C1 level.

* Be a resident of one of these countries: Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, United States, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil.
