Grants and prizes for the acquisition of cultural heritage in Bogotá

With 25 incentives among the 9 calls available through grants and prizes, aimed at promoting the appropriation, creation, research, revitalization, protection and preservation of the cultural heritage of Bogotá, the Provincial Institute of Cultural Heritage, IDPC has launched its bid for the PDE 2022 District Stimulus Program.

Calls 2022 seeks to be a platform for Local and regional initiatives that contribute to the current discussions emphasize the recognition of local heritage from a regional heritage perspective.

IDPC invites citizens to expand their senses of heritage, with A new scholarship for Literary Creativity, aimed at generating multisensory content for early childhood. The call promotes the opening of creative narratives from a democratic dialogue between generations, Giving girls and boys a place as city dwellers and as agents of change and rights holders that can affect their closest surroundings and build heritage.

Grant to protect local heritage

On the other side, The Photography Prize seeks to contribute to the appropriation, visibility and reflection of the cultural heritage of Bogotá through a series of photographs that propose a critical reference to funeral heritage, practices, spaces and tensions.

The Ciudad Bolívar Self-Constructed City Museum is giving away the returns, which aims to change the imagination about this city. It aims to support sustainable processes that propose participation and dialogue between groups of the population, taking into account their specificities and interests, the crossroads of intersections, urban and rural diversity, regional origin and socio-economic status.

Announcement of Jury Bank for Portfolio 2022

People interested in being part of Jury Bank to select winning projects in the 2022 Portfolio of the District Stimulus Program They may record their resume, up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to closing of each specific call. The platform will be activated until 5:00 PM, Colombian legal time, on the deadline. For this first court in April, 18 jurors will be selected and the total amount of these calls between the Bogota Museum and IDPC is $55 million.
