There are a large number of programs in the country. Scholarships access to higher education and many are lost each year due to the lack of people applying.

That’s why it’s important to know the different programs available. One of them is that BE . grants (Sector, Business, Regional), a joint strategy between the Ministry of Education, Higher Education Institutions, the National Directorate of Customs and Taxes (Dian) and the National Council for Tax Benefits, which seeks to encourage access and sustainability of people from classes 1, 2 and 3 of higher education.

The credit is due to the alliance in which scholarships are approved in various public and private universities, funded by donors who contribute their economic resources to facilitate access to higher education for people living in vulnerable conditions and, in return, receive tax benefits.

How do I login?

To access this feature, interested people should consult Scholarship Bank of the Ministry of EducationOnce you have selected the scholarship program of your choice, you must contact the higher education institution directly to carry out the necessary procedures.

It is important to note that the whole process must be done directly with the institution, which sets out the requirements and criteria for awarding the scholarship.

The Ministry of Education has already approved existing scholarships at several universities in different regions of the country: Bogota, Antioquia, Valle del Cauca, Atlantico, Meta and Bolivar.

Bogota:

University of Los Andes (one scholarship), Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1), Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (1), CAFAM University Foundation (1), Uniminuto (1), Santafé de Bogotá Polytechnic (1), INPAHU University Foundation (1), and the University of La Sabana (1), the Los Libertadores University Foundation (2), the San Mateo University Foundation, the University of Santo Tomas (1), the Uniempresarial Foundation (1) and the International Virtual University Foundation (1).
